Upon completion of client projects and final settlement of milestones, full ownership of custom-developed software source code transfers entirely to the client.

3. Project Engagements & Estimates

Quotations, estimates, and project schedules provided through our website or preliminary discussions are subject to formal statement-of-work (SOW) confirmation. Commercial deliverables, warranty periods, and payment milestones are strictly defined in bilateral agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we enforce rigorous technical standards, Rutzo Tech shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from third-party hosting outages, unauthorized system modifications by outside entities, or force majeure events.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all commercial service disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to align with technical or statutory developments. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
